Placing an Order and how your information is used

When placing an order, you will be asked to provide pertinent personal information such as your name, address, credit card info, valid e-mail address and telephone number. Crocodile Games will make every effort to protect your privacy and will not share this information with any other entity.

Shipping Methods

All domestic orders (USA only) are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) priority mail. International orders are shipped by USPS 1st Class or USPS International priority mail.

International Ordering Additional Information

When placing your order, please make sure that your shipping address is written exactly how it should appear for your postal service. International orders can sometimes take a few weeks to arrive, depending on the customs office at the destination.

A valid telephone number is required for all international orders.

Please ensure you have chosen the correct country for shipping.

While we try and give our customers the best possible prices on shipping we cannot cover these costs ourselves. Therefore customers are responsible for all shipping and customs fees.

Please be advised: It is against the law to falsify customs information. Please do not ask us to do it!
