That's a nice start, I think blue is always a good way to go with Heru units - Horus is, after all, the "God of the Blue Skies".

Why is it that necromancy never turns out well?

My Heru are in a blue-based paint scheme as well, although I use red for trim. I have to be careful in that they could all wind up looking like an army of Sam the Eagle from the Muppet Show.

Ducat ressurrects a half finished job -

Big cheers went up in the garage tonight (well A big cheer from me).

I finally got round to finishing the paint on all of this unit. Varnishing and basing will follow in quick order, and now I have access to a better camera hopefully a nice shot will soon be winging its way onto here :)

I have also got a few of my asar archers done and a few touch ups on some of my other models A bit of sunshine and maybe a few more piccys might get aired.

Hoping this works first time, heres the pretty much finished Heru. Just need to get the hang of the camera and get some better lighting. I had to go back over the front rank as i encountered some varnish issues, as you can see with the wip shot at the top. still they looking pretty good now. photo doesnt do them justice I think.
