One of the Tormented Mummies, I figure he's a floating Horde Mummy. 
For use as treasure/magic item, the Jade-ish Scorpion. 
Another CD based ruin action scene. Tebbi and the Crypt Lord prepare to battle over the Jade-ish Scorpion.
