3 Questions:

1) p. 73 states, "A model attempting to fire upon a flying model receives a +1 penalty to their Missile Test at Ground Level, +2 at Soaring Level."

Does this mean Flying Models will always be a +1, or +2, all game long when shot at?, or +1 is applied only on the turn of after flight & +2 if the model is still flying & at Soaring Level?

2) Can a model perform a Swooping Attack against a model already engaged in melee?

3) Is the Armor of the Winds an exception to the armor rule for The Avenger, Aspect of Horus (crossing my fingers on this one!)?

Yes, I am finally running a Heru Warband, w/Tethru, w/warhawks, & my Big Boy can fly!!!

1)Regarding missile modifies if your flying wou should be specifying what level your at (if you fly due a spell it puts you back on the ground at end of the turn)... i would spose that could equate to a +1 modifier if it was to be shot at due flying earlier that tunr but only for that turn.....

2)Yes.

3) no idea rb not too hand assume no from tone of question.
