Does the FAQ exist somewhere as a pdf? I know i am currently running into FAQ v RAW issues and having the FAQ handy would solve a lot of them

There is no offical FAQ as they are all on the forum. There is a rules Update thats a PDF.

well that's all well and fine if I'm at home. but I don't play at home.

Well you either use an internet phone like I do or go through the FAQ info and copy/paste them onto a word doc and print them out it's what I do when I do tournies.
