The Reconquest of Ament It has been four long years since the War between the Twins. The followers of Horus battled against the forces of his evil twin Typhon for control of the Land of Ra. The peoples of Aegyptus suffered untold horror and the land was thrown into chaos and despair. None of the Nome’s of Aegyptus were spared this evil and all lie in waste and denude of the local population. But no Nome in Aegyptus has known the suffering that the Western Nome of Ament has endured. In the southern regions of Ament around the Valley of Natron the Eater’s have captured the Necropolis of Sakn-Aten and have released the dead to wreak death and destruction upon the living. And the Nome has also been invaded by two foreign powers. In the North West lie the ships and encampments of the Hellenic Demi-Gods of the false Olympians God. And to the North east Icy citadels raise into the cloudy skies erected by the followers of the Frozen Northern God the Ice Witches of Hyperborean. Many alone Harbinger has journeyed into these occupied regions to drive the foreign invaders from the Nome but few have returned. Those who do return tell of lands covered in white frozen water or lands so devoid of life that not even flies venture within. Into Ament your God has commanded you to go. You and your followers will cleanse the Nome of this pestilence that infects and corrupts the land of Ra. Know that your God has not forsaken you and has also commanded other Harbingers to assist you on this divine crusade. We will be starting a brand new campaign on February 11th. The campaign will run until the mid of April with two or three games per month and the finale held at Kingdom Con.

All current Warbands maybe ran in the campaign and I also have a few loaner Warbands for new players to use.

Let me know if you are interested in playing and what warbands you will be running. Also if you like you could run two different warbands.

Hey tony, you know im down. not sure what warband im running yet but there may be 2. also when is kingdom com? i want to go but have to request the day off at least a few weeks prior. Im still screwing around with warband to find my perfect one so I will fill you in when I decide.

Keep me informed. I won't be able to make the 11th, but I'd like to get in on one game. I'll also try for Kingdom Con. I'm trying to get a small skirmish set up to demo at San Diego Comic Con as the HMGS/PSW group will have a demo table and I'm on the team.

I'm in with my Typhon/Nehkaru warband. I need new fluff for this revised warband since Anok-Amut died in the last campaign. All new typhon harbinger. How about Mohar-Amon (rough and probably incorrect translation- the Hidden Soldier) of the Black Sand Plains (I rebased all my models to match my high-elves so I could use them in Warhammer).

Oh Yeah, you know I'm in.

Not only am I in, but ...wait for it ...wait for it ...I'm in with a fully painted warband! That's right my Anubi and their allies shall smite their enemies in their color wheeled glory!

My EOD on the other hand, not so much.

I think the Spartans and Mycenaeans may be on the same side, but the rest are on their own.

So los and I just finished a game. My eod vs his basti. Eod won and there were no injuries or great deeds this game. Not even provocation. We roles for our items that Joe mentioned to me. I got the mummy child for one of my crypt lords and los got the bes. It was the one where a character can defy fate once and I believe he gave it to his beloved.
