1. If a model has the ability of Flight and on its' previous turn flew using an Advance counter, can it now fly using a Fast Advance counter, thereby doubling its' Flight movement? I ask because that means a Harpy can fly 30" in one turn!
2. If a unit Set for Charge is flanked, but has not activated their command counter and is then charged to the front, do they get there Set for Charge activation, or has the counter now turned into a Hold due to them being flanked previously? 3. Since Colossal models can be shot at while in melee, can they also choose to shoot over the unit they are in melee with instead of attacking the melee unit? Thanks for the help!

Dude, where did you get harpy stats and how come I don't remember them? To take a shot at your queries:
1- I think Olympus flight will work like Aegyptus flight so that the flying speed is a set maximum already, no superfast flying unless Land's Favor is cast on them and I don't think that would work for flying models. 2- Oh man! I think it's a Hold now since they got messed up from the side benefit of h#ving multiple units in the vicinity of an enemy unit. 3- At least this one's a little easier (; the colossal figure is engaged in melee so it has to focus on the guys poking it with sharp things first. But if it manages to grab someone and then fling them at a farther unit that's probably the main exception. Probably... Alex may be made proud of my awesome answers when we find it how wrong I am on these (or how insightfully CORRECT I am!).

I got them from the Croc Tales under the monsters' list. See her "Flying Speed" is listed at 15", that's why I'm wondering if that's her max? Basically she can initially Advance Fly at 5", then Fast Advance fly at 15", right?
What about an Aspect of Avenger can he only Advance fly 5" and then Fast Advance fly 12"? Or, can he Advance fly 12" and then Fast Advance fly 24"?

The rules for flyers are in the main book. They have to start off doing advance then they can fast advance for double speed. The exception to this is if it tells you they have a set speed that they can go. Lookup in the main rulebook (pg72) on flying for giving orders and what they do.
With Set fpr charge as long as the unit is ok it can technically set for charge against someone who may charge them. This is sort of similar to giving to units in combat against something other orders and one might win and defeat the unit leaving the other to do its order. Not sure on the Colosus thing as never had one so not read up on it.

OH SET'S HAIRY CHIN!!!! I wrote the rules for the Harpy!!!!
(Thought there were some secret rules for that pic we saw after GenCon in that book of sketches/concept art at the Fitz residence.) Yeah, 15 is her max speed. So even if she's given a Fast Advance she can only go 15 (minimum of 7.5"?).

Ahhh, now I see.
So, is it safe to say the "Avenger's" Fast Advance speed while flying is 12"?
