Unless stated otherwise, spells can be cast multiple times on the same unit. For example: Mystical Corrosion can be cast multiple times on the same unit and its effect would be cumulative.

Targeting Characters in a Unit:

Unless the spell description states otherwise, a Character attached to a unit cannot be singled out as the target for a spell.
