Hi Everyone,
Is Wargods going ahead as a two day tournament on Sat&Sun at Cancon 2018? You will have Jackal king(Rex) and myself as players. Cheers Robert

Unfortunately, I am not in a position to run WarGods at CanCon 2018. I'm hoping I'll be able to play, but I won't be able to guarantee I can.
I think there would be a few from Canberra interested in playing - Fenrhir (and maybe his daughter), Storm Cricket, Oceanborn and myself.

If there is enough interest in playing Wargods at Cancon18, then I'd be more than happy to organise something.... BUT...
We had to cancel the event this year (Canonc17) because of lack of numbers... and those that were going to play had to do a last minute scramble to find alternative games. So, in fairness to everyone - including Cancon's organisers (space is, apparently, at a premium) - I'll only make the arrangements if there is sufficient commitment before January

I am not running Dropfleet Commander or Dropzone Commander this coming year, so consider Jackal king (Rex) and myself putting our hands up to say we are in for Cancon 2018. I will run my Wendigo and Rex will run his Typhon. Does Oceanborn, Akenatum, Barry still play? Hazpak has a very young baby so cannot make Cancon to play but might drop in.

Is there a Wargods Facebook page? Would it be good to set one up that advertises that there still are WarGods player in Australia.

I'm not on Facebook, so can't help with that side of things.
From conversations I've had offline, I think we have 5-6 people who have said they'd be interested. It'd be great if everyone could confirm though, as I'll need to apply to Cancon pretty soon. We've said in the past a minimum of 8 players - this has been to avoid too much doubling up in games against someone you've already played against. If you're happy to play against the same player more than once, then let me know as this means we can run on smaller numbers. If we do go with less than 8, then I'd suggest Cancon would be less of a tournament and more a friendly mini-campaign. Just a thought - please provide feedback.

I'll be available. Something to consider may be running 5 (rather than 6) games, which would allow a round-robin tournament with 6 players, with the option to play a 6th game if we get 8 or more players?

Please put the submission in to Cancon. It sold out of table in October.
