Flesh Hulk:
A Flesh Hulk cannot Fast Advance.
Poisoned Weapons: The Torturer's Poison can be given to a solo character instead of a unit of warriors, if desired. The Torturer (like the Typhon Assassin) is equipped with daggers that remain poisoned throughout the game, not just for a single melee combat. They can re-apply poison to their own weapon as needed. Passing and swooping attacks do not make base-to-base contact, so they do not count as melee combat. Therefore, if the target of a passing/swooping attack is the beneficiary of weapons poisoned by the Torturer, the benefits are not removed due to a passing/swooping attack made against them. However, if the target is able to make a successful counter-attack (where allowed to do so), those benefits are lost. If the model performing the passing/swooping attack is using weapons poisoned by the Torturer, they will always lose those benefits following a successful passing/swooping attack. (As described above, however, the Torturer's own weapons remain poisoned for the duration of the game, regardless.)
