Using Warhawk Characters:
A warband must have a unit of Warhawks in order to gain any Warhawk characters. Warhawk units generate two character slots; they may either be filled by Warhawk characters or other city-dweller characters. (Rules for Warhawks are detailed in Croc Tales issue 3)
