Hey all,

I decided to create a thread for the Kickstarter painting project that I have undertaken. I am also keeping this over on my blog HERE.

I will update this as often as I can

A couple of weeks ago, I started the epic adventure of painting armies for the six city-states as part of the WarGods of Olympus Kickstarter - starting with the Mycenaeans.

I painted a couple of the characters first to establish the color schemes; now I am painting all of one pose at a time as I work my way through the hoplite units. In theory it will be easier to paint all of the same colors at the same time and not have to spend countless hours opening and closing dozens of paint bottles for each figure!

Here is a picture of my progress so far --

That seems like a huge task, I didn't expect there will be so many to be painted for each army. As I love big units on the tabletop, I just say: please carry on! Maybe we can see a few more detail pitures?

cheers Thomas

After seeing that the Facebook blog for this was also removed, I am curious to know if anyone know if this project is still being publicized by Felicity (Heacte)?
