Hi there,

I have recently put an order (international) through crocodile games. I have been sent an 'order look-up' link, however i am confident that that I have entered all the correct information in, but with the billing zip code section, do i enter my residential postal code? (4-digit number in Aus) because i have tried that and it still wont work. Any help would be appreciated .

I was also wondering if any other international customers have had this problem, and what they have done about it.

Hi,

I've also tried to use order look-up and am getting an error despite typing in all the required details correctly.

Do I need the leading zeroes on the order number? (I have tried with and without).

Also when I type in my (UK) post code, should I leave out the space in the middle? (again I have tried with and without).

Any help would be much appreciated.

I can say that all international orders have shipped or if placed this last week will ship tomorrow :)

Did you guys use your forum/site accounts when placing the order? If so it should be tied to your account, which you can find using the "My Account" link at the bottom of this page. Then it's the last tab across the top labeled "Order History"
