Okay, so this may sound odd but it will likely come up at some point if it has not already. Can Minotaurs be added to Titan warbands? I can see the logic of either side fluff wise. The Minotaurs are the result of a curse from an Olympian god. The Titans' imprisonment was/is the result of the Olympians betraying the original Titans. This would lead to yes, because of common enemies. Titans hate all things created by/in the image of the Olympians, i.e. humans, and a Minotaur is at least part human. So the answer would be no, Titans kill Minotaurs, they don't let Minotaurs join with the Olmpian smacking party.

I was a bit confused by this as well, I think in Croc Tales 6 it says that Minotaurs are classed as a 'specialist' and use 2 character options in an Infamous warband, and in Croc Tales 2 it says that, when purchasing Titan Slaves, you can either have 2 Titan Masters or a 'specialist'.
So im not sure, I am just as confused as you are!

Well I am glad to be in good company at least. I mostly want to know because I would love to see a Minotaur or two in a Titans warband. It would be pretty in a grotesque kind of way.

Titans are part of the olympus setting and when to gets round to publishing Wargods Olympus, they will be a faction in that book, titans not being able to be anything but infamous, should certainly be able to get minotaurs in their lists, but when you can have titans who would want a minotaur? (kidding)
That's how I play it if I'm wrong I would be glad to hear it though.

One requirement for taking a specialist is that you have a unit of the appropriate race available. In the case of the Minotaurs, that race has been identified as the Cretan Pirates, although they are currently relaxed to be allowed in an Infamous Olympian warband which does not contain a Titan Hunter.
If I recall correctly, the specialists available to the Titans are listed in Croc Tales, although there were no stats included yet.

Looking in Croc Tails 6 the first lines give it away: "A Minotaur may only be includedin a warband of an Infamous Demigod" Demigods lead the olympous troops not Titans so you can't have them with Titans...

It's like Eaters of the Dead if they have Cultists they can't choose the specialists of there race with the exception of champion and hero... Otherwise I'd be having a field day with em

lonejedi said:I thought about that initially but don't Titan Overlords count as "Demigods" for the purposes of the rules of WGO? Your point may be the clincher of this topic but I would still like some kind of official response. It would also be interesting to see if eventually we have non-unique mercenaries once that first batch of mercs comes out.

Nope there classed as that with regards to telling you what you have to use to lead them. But unfort they not Demigods... they are like Eaters really there the big bad of the book and can really only be fielded with whats in there list. What I can imagen is when the release the full bood there might be a few extra bits in there for them or they bring something out in the next croc tails just like they did for eaters with the scarab ogre

"It would also be interesting to see if eventually we have non-unique mercenaries once that first batch of mercs comes out." As you said there I can imagen that they may do something later on in the croc tails that any can use and then it's converting time hehe...
