Does my business qualify as a distributor?

To qualify as a distributor, the company must not themselves be engaged in retail sales of our products. We feel that to effectively distribute our products, a distributor must not be in competition with their customers for retail sales. If you sell as a retailer, you must purchase under retailer terms.
